Champagne André Chemin
André Chemin Brut Millésime 2014
€50
Generous, but unpredictable, the nature gives us, in some years only, an exceptional cuvée.
Made of twice as much Pinot Noir as Chardonnay, this vintage wine, partially fermented by the malolactic fermentation, which contributes to the exceptional character, guarantees your dinners and aperitifs to be successful.
Serving temperature: 7 to 12°C (44 to 54°F)
Conservation: Can be drunk now, but feel free to keep it for another 5 to 10 years in your cellar.
Maturation: This champagne has aged for over 6 years on the lees in our cellar and has matured for a minimum of 6 months after the disgorgement.
